Environmental Health and Safety Manager - (Fairfield, OH)

Position title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager Position description Provide effective company-wide leadership and emphasis in the areas of Health and Safety Management, Waste Management, and Training Management. Key responsibilities REGULATORY Review, analyze, and monitor OSHA safety regulations for applicability to Tedia. Review, analyze, and monitor RCRA regulations for applicability to Tedia. Review, analyze, and monitor Homeland Security regulations for applicability to Tedia. Review, analyze, and monitor OEPA stormwater permitting regulations for applicability to Tedia. Work with an outsourced Environmental firm to complete all EPA reports on time per EPA regulations. This includes TSCA, Toxic Release Inventory, SARA Title III, and stormwater reports. Attend regulatory round tables as held by our retained environmental law firm to be aware of the changing environmental landscape. Be the focal point for resolving any regulatory citations for the above regulations.
