Production Cook: Prepares and cooks meats, vegetables, soups, sauces, and other food items per daily production sheets Prepares and executes bulk soups and sauces for use in all other outlets Reheats food for all other outlets according to quality and sanitation standards Assists the Prep Cooks in the preparation of various food items Occasional Line Cook and Buffet Cook responsibilities as assigned All Cooks, Including Production Cook: Maintains a high degree of sanitation in work station Keeps food area free of debris and trash at all times Reports to work on time Communicates with Sous Chef when there are product shortages Breaks down and stores daily food and supply deliveries Assists in monitoring products in the freezer, walk-ins, and storerooms to ensure freshness and availability Ensures proper FIFO procedures are followed when storing daily deliveries Monitors food items, checks food temperatures
