Job overview SUMMARYProvides all pre and post technical and applications engineering assistance to sales representatives, distributors, agents, contractors, consulting engineers, architects, sales offices and internal departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIRED FUNCTIONS) Provides troubleshooting assistance to above listed parties for problems involving control system, combustion, venting and piping on commercial and residential boilers. Provides technical support to engineers, sales representatives, distributors, contractors, and internal departments via engineering graphics, phone, letter, fax, e-mail, or in person. Develops control system wiring diagrams, gas piping diagrams, boiler piping diagrams and venting systems recommendations for specific commercial and residential applications.
