Coal (High Ash) Processing Engineer - Coal Preparation - (Tucson, AZ)

Coal Processing Engineer - Immediate High Ash Content Removal & Preparation Coal Gasification to Urea Fertilizer TRU urgently seeks a technical engineering expert in all aspects of coal treatment required to remove excessive ash from coal as preparation for gasification. The assignment is about an integrated coal gasification plant from gas through to Urea Plant for producing urea granules for fertilizer. Ability mainly in beneficiation for ash reduction, probably involving flotation separation, is needed. Also knowledge of predicting suitability for gasification including reactivity, ash characteristics and process selection. General knowledge of areas such as fines recovery, clinker production and effluent processing also may be required. Candidate should be a chemical engineer (or mechanical) graduate with several years direct hands on engineering of coal processing, process design and detailed plant & equipment engineering. This project is already ongoing so the requirement is immediate.
