Press Operator 1st or 2nd shift $14.50/hr - (Springfield, OH)

ACS is in need of first and second shift machine operators for a Cincinnati metal press. They are currently in need of a machine operator that is working on first or second shift. M-F 7-3:30pm or 2:00pm -10pm. Applicants will be operating a basic form press that will be bending parts of the metal for the conveyor system. The press bends the sheet metal into right angles. So the applicants will be looking at basic blueprints and inserting the sheet metal to be bent. Also, applicants will be adjusting the machine based on the different jobs. The production changes rapidly based on the job the applicant is working on. Requirements -Expertise to read blue prints -machine operation background. -expertise to use a tape measure -assembly of parts -mechanical aptitude -attention to detail -assembly of parts. -expertise to lift 50 plus pounds laterally and overhead.
