The Courtyard Miami Airport, located at 1201 NW LeJeune Road, Miami, FL 33126 is currently hiring a Technician-Facilities Services (Miami). Assignments include: Perform preventive maintenance of the major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties within a geographic area or cluster. Drive from home base location to properties within area of responsibility to respond to service requests. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual life safety inspections, where allowed by local jurisdiction. Act as a technical resource for locations regarding corrective, preventative, and/or routine repair and maintenance procedures and techniques.
