Production Supervisor (Night Shift) - (Santa Maria, CA)

Location: 732 South Hanson Way List of critical functions Coordinates the activities of the production, warehouse, and quality control personnel on his/her assigned shift. Monitors production lines and work areas. Visually inspects work areas and production equipment. Ensures equipment works efficiently and safely. Directs, assigns work to, corrects, disciplines, trains, and evaluates personnel. Authorizes temporary changes in position duties and corresponding wage rates as necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the facility. Directs daily production schedule as assigned by the Production Manager or Production Superintendent. Monitors and evaluates production performance to ensure performance standards, product quality, product safety, and safe work conditions are met. Adjusts product, manpower, and equipment resources as needed to ensure these issues are met. Identifies problems and develops appropriate solutions. Control cost and operates within budget parameters.
