Proposal Coordinator - (West Chester, OH)

Participate in production of top-quality proposals and presentations across a wide spectrum of interesting disciplines, managing resources and prioritizing to meet deadlines. The Kleingers Group is an established firm that provides full service consulting services to both private and public clients in the areas of civil, transportation and municipal engineering, land survey, 3D laser scanning, athletic field design, planning and landscape architecture. DUTIES You will have opportunity to: Organize the preparation of proposals, presentations and ensuring all required proposal forms are complete and accurate, formatted and proofed, primarily using InDesign and Microsoft office suite. Update and maintain a library of standard content, and project case studies. Collect and organize info from other departments and resources related to the pursuit of client contracts.
