PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works primarily on site in a school setting (elementary, middle, or high-school) with emotionally disturbed youth. May also work with families in the home and with other agency professionals to meet the needs of youth and families. Presents as a leader in developing and implementing the service plan and Individual Treatment Plan. Assesses the clinical needs of youth and families and makes treatment recommendations. Makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team. Performs as a member of the interdisciplinary team for the youth.
