Recruiter Assistant/Coordinator - (Rocky Mount, NC)

Recruiter Assistant/Coordinator needed for a large premier account. The individual will be responsible for recruiting light industrial and call center positions. The position necessitates a high volume of sourcing. This person must be organized, technically savvy to manage multiple databases have experience with diverse sourcing techniques, attention to detail and have the expertise to identify “red flags” during behavioral interview process. Site is very focused on quality of applicants.
