Position description The Learning and Development Specialist II will work with the business to understand training needs and facilitate training solutions. Delivery of offerings will include company-wide training such as Operations New Hire, Sales, Continuing-ed and Leadership classes. The Learning and Development Specialist II will be responsible for building strong working relationships with teammates and management to facilitate formal training sessions, develop training documentation, provide ongoing support, track and analyze course offerings by examining participant job performance
