Core Role: The Wellbeing Leader heads the cross-functional development and implementation of health promotion and wellbeing programs across all US locations Required functions and Responsibilities: Execute Wellbeing strategy as well as operational administration, implementation and change management. Responsible for fiscal and operational management of the wellbeing program, vendor management and analysis of data relative to healthcare cost, risk and programming Manage the department's activities with other healthcare management functions to ensure optional performance, clinical outcomes, customer background, and cost effectiveness to meet corporate goals and objectives. Ensure that health promotion and wellbeing products and services are competitive in the marketplace, run efficiently and in a cost-effective manner towards optimal performance toward corporate goals and objectives.
