Inovalon has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, the Senior Business Partner, Human Resources and Engagement (HRBP) is a strategic partner accountable for aligning business objectives and organizational goals with associates and management in designated business units. This role serves as a consultant to Inovalon leadership on Human Resources related issues. The incumbent will also act as an employee champion and change agent. In addition, the HRBP will continually assess and anticipate HR related needs and recommend integrated solutions. This position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial, plans, and culture and stays abreast of all relative regulatory compliance qualifications.
