Cell Culture Lead - (Baltimore, MD)

We are currently accepting applications for a Cell Culture Lead in the Baltimore, MD area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a leading company in the Biotechnology industry. Responsibilities : Serve as shift leader and oversee cell culture processes (preparing media/buffer, preparing seed, culturing, harvesting equipment and CIP) for the production of bulk biologics from microbial and cell culture systems for Phase I and Phase II GMP manufacturing. Lead the troubleshooting of processes and equipment issues Generate SOPs and Batch Records Come up with creative solutions to operations problems by leveraging background and knowledge for the benefit of the team NOTE: Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and willing to work weekends or shifts when required (this is infrequent) Must be able to lift 40 pounds unassisted Qualifications :
