Industrial Engineer - (Olive Branch, MS)

Industrial Engineer Job assignments: o Provide engineering support to all areas of Distribution Center: material handling, packaging, order fulfillment, maintenance, shipping and receiving o Work with Management team on lean projects to improve efficiency and reduce cost o Help to develop capital expenditure plan, including justifying and implementing projects o Provide monitoring and support of Quality Management and Environmental Management System o Evaluate space planning and utilization on an ongoing basis. Assist in implementing layout changes o Evaluate new technology as it relates to DC operations on an ongoing basis to ensure that the facility is taking full advantage of advances o Participate in special projects to include: product resets, rework, kit conversions, etc. o Support Management team on cost reduction projects on supplies, energy usage, etc. o Oversee facility recycle programs o Provide support on product launch projects as they relate to distribution facility
