Senior Civil Engineer - (Portage, MI)

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for our client in south west Michigan. Ideally this person would be located in either Benton Harbor or Portage MI. This person will be responsible for engineering work related to Construction Project Management and or design for various municipal infrastructures other capital improvement projects and plan reviews for government and private projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Expertise to understand the scope of work and implement processes to complete the project. Managing directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project Understand the design and construction engineering for Roadway Civil projects ranging from local and private to MDOT highway. Assist with preparation of proposals. Expertise to work with client municipalities and agencies as directed Managing a staff of junior engineers and mentor them as needed.
