Mechanical Drafter - (Orrville, OH)

LOOKING FOR A MECHANICAL DRAFTER Position summary: - This person will mainly focus on updates and modifications to existing drawings - 1+ year of experience with SolidWorks or ProE is a MUST - Looking for a Drafter who has experience SolidWorks/or Pro E - Some new design of equipment for oil and gas - Experience developing Bill of Materials - Huge plus - experience in the oil and gas industry - Must be comfortable interacting with employees on the manufacturing floor - 1+ year of experience with steel, mobile equipment would be a huge plus - Must be able to work in quick paced environment and be flexible with daily/project changes - This applicant will be tasked to research components, create BOM, and interact with the Engineering Manager daily Requirements: - 85% of the day they will be at their CAD station designing in SolidWorks. 15% of their day will be spent on the floor interacting with the teammates to make sure designs are correct, or if changes need to be made - Having a degree is NOT required
