Must be able to run four color process, cold foils, films, laminates, mix inks, match color, mount plates, die cut labels, sheeted labels, turn bar, and manage multiple die stations. Maintains press and area cleanliness, sense of urgency, bias for action, safety conscious attitude, meets or exceeds print quality standards, total team member. Excellent mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills.
