Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE The Maintenance Manager will lead a 24 x 7 team of direct reports and is responsible for all equipment in our manufacturing plant. Flexibility including weekend work and off-hours troubleshooting in support of team needs is critical. KEY REPOSNIBILTIES Take full responsibility for all maintenance operations, including:EmployeesSafety and HousekeepingPlant and equipmentSupervise employeesTrainingWork assignmentsAdherence to proceduresPromote teamworkCoach, counsel, and discipline employees as neededDevelop and manage all maintenance systems, preventive maintenance and other maintenance/safety related programs, etc.Reduce equipment downtime and repetitive failures.
