Alarm Service Technician - (Tulare, CA)

The successful applicant will be supporting our client's High Volume division (Small business and High-end Residential). Successful applicants will have a solid work ethic, a go-getter attitude and excellent customer service skills. The day to day is consisting of changing batteries, wire faults, and providing customer education of their systems. They must have Customer skills, troubleshooting experience, and servicing alarms. Knowledge with Pulse app is preferred but not a must. Requirements: - Excellent customer service. - Current California Alarm Card (Expired is ok as well) or the expertise to obtain one. - Clean and aesthetically pleasing work. - Must have own tools and vehicle. - Alarm panel installation experience a really nice to have (Ademco/Honeywell, DSC, etc..) - Expertise to pass a experience and drug test (clean driving history).
