Principal Duties and Accountabilities: Coordinate and facilitate outbound shipments to ensure dependable, timely delivery Determine sequence of routes and number of trucks for efficient delivery Communicate with customers regarding timing of expected shipments Investigate and problem solve customer issues for incorrect, incomplete or late shipments Problem solve driver issues that require additional or alternate routes Create and process shipping paperwork for the day---s shipments Run acknowledgements
