HRIS Specialist - (Clearwater, FL)

Position Concept: The HRIS Specialist is responsible for performing administrative tasks, data entry, and audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of data input into the Human Resource Details Systems ("HRIS"). Identify areas to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flows, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency. The HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting the system maintenance, upgrades, testing, user security, data integrity, report writing and analysis and other technical projects as assigned. Understand the basic integration of multiple systems and the impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Finance and IT technology platforms. Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through skills. As part of the Talent Development team, this position also provides general HR support as needed.
