Responsibilities * Serve as the primary communication link between Cushman & Wakefield and the client * Deliver value in a coordinated manner for our client and enhance the understanding of and details about Cushman & Wakefield * Develop and implement tactical and strategic account planning * Develop and ensure financial performance of designated account(s) or specialization * Optimize profitability and assist in pursuit of development of new business * Demonstrate initiative through taking on additional assignments and responsibilities * Interact effectively with clients, resulting in retained/expanded business * Develop and recommend department operations policy; provide strategic leadership within the department * Uphold ethical standards of the company and support company-wide initiatives * Prepare or ensure preparation of annual budgets or needed financial documents * Communicate budget process, oversee on-time delivery of budget, answer Cushman & Wakefield questions
