Diesel Road Service Tech - (Syracuse, NY)

This is a road service / lead tech position. Successful applicant must be able to operate independently in the shop and on the road to diagnose and repair trucks and equipment. Must work well with customers. This lead tech level diesel mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of trucks, trailers and equipment. We work on everything from heavy duty trucks and trailers to diesel pickups, as well as heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers and landscaping equipment. Must be able to preform all aspects of truck, trailer and equipment repairs including, but not limited to inspections, diagnostics, PM service, engines, transmissions, air and hydraulic brakes, drivelines, steering, suspension, electrical, hydraulic repairs. 1st shift position, but flexible work schedule is necessary. Work will be split between road service and shop repairs. Must be well organized and have a history of good performance, attendance, safety and teamwork.
