Nucon Packing Operator - Day Shift (304-164) - (Allerton, IA)

The Packing Operator is responsible for operation of packaging equipment located in the NUCON tower area. Additional responsibilities include learning the packaging processes associated with SAPAC and the Bulk Bagging packaging areas. Operator will be expected to follow GMP guidelines and HACCP protocols to ensure the safe and sanitary packaging of finished product from the manufacturing operations. Duties and Responsibilities * From info listed on Packaging reports and Product Labeling and Packaging work instructions, prepare appropriate packaging with correct labeling utilizing stencils, printer, and paper labels * Samples products in accordance with the Allerton Finished Product Sampling procedure * Fills out the sampling schedule during each production run and handle samples properly to avoid contamination * Utilizes equipment in packaging areas properly fill, seal, place on pallet, remove from packing area
