Mora Mix Operator - Night Shift (302-164) - (Allerton, IA)

The Mora Mix Operator is responsible for the operation of equipment in the mix room. This position also provides product for spray drying per production schedule. Duties and Responsibilities * Mixes raw materials as required, using formula provided for each product * Follows batching instructions and records any other required testing * Maintains and initial processor time/temperature recording charts for each batch of product * Keeps tanks, lines, and mix room area in a clean and sanitary condition * Uses clear communication with Dryer Operators and Packaging Operators to ensure product is received and delivered to the dryer in the proper manner to assure a quality product is produced. * Replaces gaskets in product lines and monitor condition of process equipment for any maintenance issues * Follows company safety rules and use appropriate PPE and safety gear provided * Follows GMP policies and HACCP plan protocols * Performs in-process quality checks as well as visually inspects color and consistency of
