Software User Testing & Quality Assurance - (Jefferson City, MO)

Position overview: We are seeking a Software User Testing & Quality Assurance to become an integral part of our team! We focus on software for industrial process controls customers. The applicant will help build leading cyber security software for these customers. You will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software issues. Responsibilities: Work with customers and internal engineers to define key user requirementsDevise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspectsInvestigate and recreate reported defects Work with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve coding issuesTrack and document all testing defects and resolutions Participate in the design and development for test automation and support Requirements: Previous background working in the industrial process controls industry is criticalPrevious background in software engineering, quality assurance, or other related fieldsKnowledge of .Net, SQL, postscript, MongoDb and/or Python
