Associate Warehouse Manager, second shift is needed in the Florence area, up to $75K plus bonus potential. Client company cannot sponsor or transfer any Visas at this time and will relocate within the USA. Responsibilities: ? Directing and managing the shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of all finished product and purchased materials for the assigned area; ? Managing the departmental personnel; ? Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions; ? Coordinating inventory activities within warehouse locations; ? Implementing plans for continuous improvement and efficiency of resources; ? Training and mentoring assigned supervisors and team leaders; ? Participating in daily plant production meetings and monthly corporate production planning meetings. Education: 2-year or 4-year degree preferred; min of High-school certificate or GED required.
