Looking/needing - (Clovis, NM)

I'm currently putting in job applications but they are wanting flexibility or nights/weekends. I have 2 small kids, 2 1/2 yr old and 8m old. 1 is picky eater and shy towards new people. I need someone reliable, trustworthy, who is available and ready to go. So that when I land a job, I have someone to care for the kids whether it be nights, weekends, or daytime.
