PROCUREMENT ANALYST (Req 17 022) - Administrative Support - (St Inigoes, MD)

Responsibilities: Create and review PRs in Navy ERP and produce PIDs using PMT in order to facilitate new contract awards, incremental funding, POP extensions, ceiling realignments, requests for new delivery orders, and other contract modifications. Create and submit memorandums for COR signature. Creates and review Contract Request Packages including SOWs, CDRLs, market research, and J&A documentation while providing guidance to analysts in order to ensure the accuracy of financial data and technical contract details in compliance with DoD 5000 series qualifications. Maintain tracking spreadsheets for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs), Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs), and Multiple Award Contracts (MACs). Research procurement data and contract mods using Navy ERP, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Navy Electronic Document Access (EDA), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW). Participate in meetings and records minutes in order to report progress, status, and needs of various Government programs.
