Medical Office Associate II - Ent Nrv - (Radford, VA)

***Will work primarily at CNRV Office but will provide coverage at Wytheville Satellite Clinic as needed*** ***Provides cross-coverage for Neurology 1.5-2 days per week at CNRV Office on Thursday and Friday*** Supports Carilion`s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job requirements. Accountable for performing 4 of the core job assignments (patient registration, patient scheduling, switchboard/phones, patient check in process, patient check out process, and/or medical record maintenance) in addition to basic front office workflow functions vital to the effective and efficient functioning of the medical practice, clinic, and/or department. Depending upon the size and practice work flows, the MOAII may only perform 1 of the higher levels functions. Performs additional functions related to front office operations to meet specific needs of the practice, clinic and/or department.
