Manufacturing Engineer II, Cedar Falls area, up to $80K plus bonus potential. Company cannot sponsor or transfer any Visas at this time and will relocate within the USA. Responsibilities: Analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency; Planning and designing manufacturing processes to meet production qualifications; Leading small teams to improve process safety, quality, and efficiency; Developing and writing sequence of operations as well as time estimates for each operation specification; Maintaining bills of material for all machine components and parts; Creating routings to manage the flow of material throughout the manufacturing process; Maintaining distributing and ensuring accuracy of all production and post production engineering drawings.Education: 4-year degree required; Industrial or Mechanical engineering preferred.
