Ccpt/Ctac Manager - Carilion Transportation - (Roanoke, VA)

The CCPT/CTaC Manager provides day-to-day leadership for successful implementation of goals and objectives for a department. Assignments include planning of budget and managing expenses. The CCPT/CTaC Manager communicates, organizes, prioritizes, leads, facilitates, coaches and problem solves with reporting staff to ensure that goals and objectives are met. The CCPT/CTaC Manager works with other service line leaders to carry out new health care services and performance improvement initiatives. Positively and appropriately represents Carilion Clinic at public and professional meetings. The CCPT/CTaC Manager may provide direct patient care.The CCPT/CTaC Manager also supports Carilion`s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all position assignments.
