Job overview: Performs a wide variety of duties in the grain elevator operations from unloading rail, trucks, grading grain and working at the truck scale. Performs heavy manual labor in most job assignments. Primary Position qualifications: Assists in loading/unloading trucks Builds bulkheads and fills containers Performs general clean-up of elevator including sweeping, painting and other general housekeeping duties Run dryer Assists in maintenance at the facility Runs appropriate series of test on different grain Enters details into a computer Weighs trucks in and out of the facility Position Qualifications: Able to make mechanical repairs of equipment Must be able to work a flexible schedule Able to perform basic math functions Able to read and understand measurements Expertise to work unaided as well
