Job DescriptionProvides oversight of Company CTT programs, Career Transition Readiness (CTR) and Work- Based Learning (WBL). Develops partnerships and apprenticeships that promote continued education and long term career placements for students. Ensures contracts meet or exceed DOL and/or Company performance goals. Provides training to new and current staff. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive details and integrity of student data. Position will be based out of the Columbia Office and extensive travel will be required. Specific responsibilities include:1. Ensures Career Technical Training programs meet or exceed DOL/Company performance goals.2. Conducts regular site visits, statistical analyses and monthly conference calls to assess operational effectiveness; develops corrective action plans to improve contracts’ performance and student outcomes.3. Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
