Experienced Meat Cutter-Kill Floor Employee - (Queen Creek, AZ)

Full-time position for experienced meat packing plant employee. Must have background in breaking beef, pork , lamb and goat carcasses from the rail. Must know wholesale and retail cuts of meat and be able to cut meat on ban saw and bone out all cuts of livestock and wild game. Must have good work ethic and be able to get along with fellow employees and customers. must be willing to work 40 hours plus per week during peak seasons: Sept.-Dec. and March-May. Beneficial if employee also has kill floor background but not necessary for position. Competitive salary with vacation pay 1st year.
