They are also responsible for cutting the case to the Plum Standard daily. The Cutter will ensure the highest level of execution in regards to receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, merchandising and building of displays. Requirements: Expertise to model and provide exceptional guest service. Must have a love of natural, organic and specialty products. Must have a min 2 years' experience as a cutter. Must have vast Meat & Seafood product knowledge. Must be able to set a fresh and appealing case. Able to oversee all proper rotation techniques.
