NHC Anniston is in need of a RN House Supervisor days, Friday through Monday at this beautiful 150 bed, one-level skilled nursing facility. In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified RN for this position should be well rounded, possessing patient-focused skilled nursing background in a leadership role, superior communication expertise, dependability, flexibility and the expertise to lead a successful team. Duties include clinical and administrative tasks such as organizing patient files, administering medication, filling positions for absent staff, handling patient and family complaints and monitoring employee job performance.
