REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Construction Science/Management, Engineering related to facilities, or in an approved field of study. Prefer registration as an architect or engineer in the State of Texas. 2. 5 Yrs of background in architectural design, engineering or construction project management. 3. Expertise to read, analyze and interpret complex documents such as contracts, schematic and design drawings, construction documents and specifications. 4. Expertise to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from employees, elected officials, local businesses, or members of the community. 5. Expertise to communicate articulately in written and verbal form. 6. Expertise to make effective and persuasive presentations to management, parents and community members. 7.
