Nurse Manager Perioperative Services - (Glendale, CA)

An award winning Southern California non profit 350 bed Medical Center is actively seeking a Nurse Manager Perioperative Services to oversee their extremely busy Surgical Services Service Line. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will oversee a robust department, which has twenty Operating rooms. Annually the Medical Center performs more than 7,000 procedures, including: cardiovascular, Neurological, Obstetrics, ENT, Oncology, Transplant, Orthopedics and General Surgery. The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager will be accountable to assure that HCAHPS, patient, employee, and physician satisfaction scores are in high ranges. The OR Manager will be accountable as a front-line supervisor for assuring all nursing staff is following the National Patient Safety Goals, Core Measure Initiatives and practice standards.
