Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA Clinical Supervisor - (San Ramon, CA)

Behavior Nation is looking for full time BCBA---s to provide services for our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders all across the East Bay Area. Position classification: Full time Position duties: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developmental assessments. Write program goals and provide case supervision per individual client hourly supervision needs and assist behavior therapists. Supervise ABA Therapists per ongoing and initial treatment planning and implementation. Develop 1:1 ABA treatments for in-home behavioral services as well as community social activities. Provide initial and ongoing parent training and education. Implement evidence based practices per company procedures. Write progress reports, keep client binder and client data up to date per company policy. Position qualifications: MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the BACB. Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education or Education.
