Remote Quarry and Production Operations Manager - (Twin Falls, ID)

Job in the area of 17mis southest of downtown Oakley, Idaho, close to the Utah/Idaho border. Responsible for ensuring that Star Stone quarries and opencast sites operate efficiently, predictably, safely, cost effectively, and successfully. Additionally, may work on getting newstone fabrication facility up and running. You'll oversee all operations, both on site and in the office, manage staff, coordinate production and output and monitor all site systems. Operational staff may vary depending on the quarry location. In general, you will have support crew including machine operators, mechanics, foremen, and general laborers. Quarry sites will generally include actual dig sites and yard sites where stone cutting, splitting, stacking, and preparing for shipment occurs. You may, depending on your interests and effectiveness, manage the quarries in Oakley, Idaho (Fish Creek, Cotton Thomas, Crookton, and others) and other quarries owned or operated by Star Stone (Heber, Torrey, Arizona, and others).
