Maintenance Supervisor - (Pulaski, TN)

Supervise 1 of four shifts of multi craft maintenance personnel. Work actively on shop floor alongside Maintenance personnel. Communicate efficiently for shift turnover to other supervisor and Maintenance Mgr. Manage Work orders, Emergency Work orders, Root Cause analysis, corrective measures, 5s Maintenance shop and key areas of plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible to maintain and improve Logistics KPI's (Quality, Quantities, Stock level, on time deliveries, Logistics cost, and efficiency). - Responsible for strategic planning and management of the entire supply chain (Warehouses, transportation, procurement, customer service, and inventory control). - Responsible for the timely delivery of all components and raw materials. - Interacts with customers to determine most efficient production of products, communicate order status, shipment of finished goods, and resolution of opportunities.
