Litigation Paralegal - (Brentwood, TN)

Cole Law Group, located in Brentwood, TN, is currently seeking to add an experienced litigation paralegal to our team. If you are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, organized and enjoy working on multiple projects, this position is for you. Only candidates with civil litigation background will be considered. Position duties: Provide support to multiple attorneys Must be proficient in drafting and responding to civil litigation pleadings Draft correspondence and other legal documents Must be proficient in drafting and responding to discovery Familiar with the State, Federal and local rules of the Courts Use Microsoft office suite and other programs to assist in drafting of documents Perform legal research via Westlaw and other resources Assist with trial preparation and witness preparation Support document management and e-discovery process Assist with case management Filing motions, orders and other documents Requirements:
