In this role, the Forklift/Mobile Equipment Operator 1: Performs activities related to processing, receiving, recording, storing, and/or shipping of raw materials/finished goods. Operates mobile equipment (heavy equipment, forklift, cranes, yard vehicle, lift truck) to move materials/products between warehouse/manufacturing facilities. May utilize computer software to identify materials/goods, ensure accuracy of purchase orders and maintain inventory. Operates mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles/switch engine and/or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between work stations and/or receiving and storage locations.
