Teaching courses related to the Manufacturing Technology Program at PHS. Maintaining and growing a well-established, strong student career pathway in the fields related to manufacturing. Maintaining and growing partnerships with local/regional businesses, community/tech colleges, and universities. Associates Degree, Extensive Work Background in the Area of Manufacturing and 1 of the following: Either an Oregon Teaching Certification in Manufacturing Technology CTE OR Willingness to complete an alternative CTE teacher certification program in Manufacturing Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and teach courses that meet the needs of high-school students and address district, state, and national Manufacturing Technology curriculum standards. This includes courses in the following Manufacturing Technology Areas: Intro and Advanced Manufacturing Tech, Machine Tools, Architectural Design, Mechanical Design, Small Engines, Woods, Metal Work and Construction.
