Position description Our Restaurant Managers help facilitate 1 of our key values, We Are Different. Not only do they manage our full-service dining room and bar, but they also oversee our Napa-style Tasting Room and retail operations. Our Restaurant Managers ensure we are delivering gracious hospitality in all areas of Cooper s Hawk, while delivering the highest quality food from our scratch kitchen. Our Restaurant Managers lead, coach and inspire their teammates to do just the same.
