Busniess Analyst (Technical design Doc) - (Seaside, CA)

This is a 11-month contract opportunity at our customer site, a leading company in Seaside, CA 93955. Note: Preferred location is client site in Seaside CA or Alexandria VA Position description: - Support the derivation, definition, and capture of project, application and/or system qualifications during the business or qualifications analysis phases which include: identifying possible technical solutions and best value alternatives; identifying and documenting the qualifications traceability throughout the project/product lifecycle; and the development of functional and/or technical specifications as required by the Government. - Identify and translate business qualifications into functional and system qualifications, info qualifications, reporting qualifications, interface qualifications, data formats, operational characteristics, details flows, and security and accreditation considerations.
