Human Resource Generalist Qualfon has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist at its Coeur d'Alene office. The Generalist is responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs including Employee and Labor Relations, safety, workers' compensation, recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, and personnel research. This positions acts as the primary back up for the HR Manager and will assist in developing policies. The position may have supervisory responsibility and must have the expertise to independently direct work and be responsible for decision making for site/regional day-to-day HR issues under the advisement of the HR Manager. This position reports to the Site HR Manager and is a full time salaried exempt position. Starting salary is $35K plus benefits. Assignments include: 1.
