Rehab Manager - (Chicora, PA)

Blue Sky Therapy Rehab Manager Blue Sky Therapy is looking for an experienced Rehab Manager knowledgeable in the Skilled Nursing setting. The perfect candidate will functions as a therapist and/or their assistant in appropriate discipline to achieve targets for select sites and provides supervision for the site therapy staff. Must be State Licensed for this role Responsibilities : Meeting and/or exceeding benchmarks set by Blue Sky Therapy. Completing all required therapy documentation as needed. Responsible for justifying that care being provided meets all Federal and local guidelines for providing skilled care. Responsible for timely, accurate documentation of services rendered according to billing protocol (Rehab Optima Software). Excellent Customer service – internal & external Supervision of permanent staff as well as PRN staff. Coordinating staffing, staff hours and contacting Scheduler as needed regarding needs for all disciplines as well as PPS coordination.
